Hi. I’m just about to start On a wing and a prayer. I see these posts are a little old now so I’m going to re-ask the dreaded fourth book question!

    • The ‘dreaded question’ indeed!! But it’s great that so many people are asking about it! Yes, the fourth novel in the LAVENDER ROAD series is on the way, I am still hoping it will come out later this year. I will let you know the publication date in due course. So glad you are enjoying the books. All best wishes, Helen

  2. Thank you for the excellent posts!

  3. I am so pleased you enjoyed Slick Deals, and yes, I am hoping to write a follow up for Ella and Nick in due course. First, though, I am in the process of writing a fourth novel in the wartime Lavender Road series. It is quite a while since I wrote those novels and I am enjoying the process of bringing my favourite characters back to life (as it were)!

I am waiting for the fourth lavender road nook. Have just read On a Wing and a Prayer and want to know what happens to Helen and all the others. Have you a Title yet and when will it be published. Thank you.

      • Hi Joan, thank you for your interest in my books. I am working on the fourth novel in the Lavender Road series now – the working title is ‘London Calling’. It should be coming out sometime next year, I will put your name on my list and will let you know the publication date nearer the time. I am sorry for the delay but hope it will be worth waiting for! Best wishes, Helen

    Dear Helen
I much enjoyed ‘Slick deals’ which I read on my new Kindle (a surprise Christmas present). A real page turner with some intriguing characters – and perhaps some opportunities to develop their stories further. I confess I relish series with the same characters in them. I suspect this gives the reader a comfort zone in which to explore the ups, downs and shocks presented in the fictional lives of their favourite characters. So please bring your heroine and hero back – I think you have chosen a good trope – Darcy and Elizabeth Bennett come to mind!
